Help Lah is back for a new season??!? hA jk it’s just a special episode, and this time i had to learn and teach a boogie bounce class in 2 DAYS.🙀 thankfully i had the power of a tigger onesie, cool socks, and notes taped to my handlebar(see pic 3) to get me through the pain. • shoutout to my instructor Alethea and the fantastic team behind this for working so hard for the sake of torturing me hahha - find out how i did in the link in my bio!👆🏻 • ps. i cannot get that 慢摇 song out of my head after this help

hi guys just wanted to say thank u for responding so enthusiastically to my call for golden retrievers for my new music video on my IGS the other day. i am so very moved and that was definitely one of the highlights of my week🥺🌻🙌🏻💛💛 (the other highlights are worn by me in this pic can u find them🔍)

so facebook reminded me of this drawing i did 8 years ago which prompted me to check out my old art and man what a trip it was down memory lane??😯🕰 but looking back i guess it’s no wonder i moved onto filmmaking since a lot of my fav works were illustrations like these that tell stories through frames. i’ve given away most of the hard copies of my work to friends so it was really nice stumbling across these old scans, tho this is really making me feel like drawing again... haha

highlight of my recent trip to tokyo - attending a kintsugi class!🌝 • for those of you who don’t know, kintsugi is the japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold. what has always fascinated me about this artform is its parallel to our humanity, because -admit it or not- we‘re all broken too. whether it’s hard times that have knocked us over, or people who have bruised and shattered us with their words and actions - none of us have made it through life unscathed. but if we choose not to grow bitter and instead, like kintsugi, allow ourselves to be healed with the gold of gratitude and forgiveness, we’ll often find that we come out so much stronger and so much more beautiful than before🙌🏻💪🏻❤️✨
